Are your products genuine?
Yes. Our products are 100% genuine and authentic. Should you have any enquiries, feel free to email us at sales@CatwalkAlley.com


Why are your products at such low prices?
Our prices are low for 3 reasons:
(1) Our margins are purposefully kept lower such that more people can afford good quality skincare and cosmetics;
(2) We got our products directly from the country of origin of the products and from authorized agents that buys in very big bulk such that our costs are lowered;
(3) In addition, as we operate online, we do not need to incur hefty shop rental
Hence, all these savings get translated to lower prices.


Why are your most of your skincare products and fragrances in sample size?
Sample size products are good for travel. At the same time, sample products tend to be more affordable. In fact, the price difference between a full size 120ml of facial foaming wash may cost twice as much as a 6x20ml sample sized facial foaming wash. Hence, with the same amount of dollars, you can buy twice as much if you buy our sample sized products instead of the full sized products. However, we do offer full sized products when we come across them at reasonable prices. In addition, most of our cosmetics are full sized.


What are “Testers”?
Testers are samples that are originally produced for testing and sampling purposes at stores and counters. However, the testers on sale at our website are brand new and unused overstocks. Testers are usually supplied in either plain boxes or unpackaged items with a “Tester” or “Tester. Not for Resale” sticker on the products. Testers are usually produced in the largest size available of the product, so you will enjoy the largest size of your favourite product at a much lower price.


Why are some products unboxed and unpackaged but not marked with “Tester”?
Such products are brand new and unused but are part of a larger gift set that is split for individual sale.


Why are some products marked with “Not for Individual Sale”?
Such products are usually part of a bigger set that is split apart and sold as individual items.


How do we know whether your products are expired or still good?
We deal with reputable distributors and agent wholesalers that are well-known in this industry or have been in this business for 10-30 years. Hence, you can be sure that the products that are on sale in our website are well within their expiry date. However, it is good to know that most skincare products are good for 3-5 years, if not shorter. We know that customers sometimes stock up due to lower promotional prices of such products but our advice is “DO NOT STOCK UP”. Since you can get good quality skincare, cosmetic products and fragrances on our site at such an affordable pricing, there is no need to stock. Our products are normally good for 1 ˝ -2 years and our clearance products are heavily discounted to clear as they normally only have about 9 months shelf life left.
How do I know whether my order is successful?
You will receive an itemized invoice via your email.


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For all orders before 4pm, Monday – Thursday, once the payment is successful, the orders will be sent online, real time to our logistics house for packing and dispatch within 3 working days. Orders on Friday or on eve of holiday will be processed on Monday or the next available working day. Hence, all orders are final once they go through the “Checkout” process.


When will the delivery be carried out?
The delivery will be carried out during office hours from 10am – 5.30pm. Hence, please give us a delivery address that we can reach during office hours. Otherwise, please enter your preferred timing in the “Comments” box during checkout.


Can I change the delivery date?
Please enter your request into the “Comments” box during checkout. Otherwise, deliveries will be done on our schedule.


What happen if I am not around to receive the delivery?
Please do arrange for someone to be present. Otherwise, we will have to arrange for another delivery and an additional delivery charge will be added. We kept our prices down by having a lower mark-up. Hence, we regret that will not absorb any additional charge of a second delivery.


Do you ship overseas?
We ship overseas only for skincare product orders of above SGD$500. Delivery charges will be advised accordingly or you can arrange for your own shipping and be responsible for insurance and any import taxes imposed by your country.


Can I get a discount if I buy a lot of product?
We really appreciate your large order but as our margins are already lower than most reseller, we will not be able to give anymore discounts. However, you will receive email alerts of our special promotions or you can check our website for the latest promotions and special offers.


How can I cancel my purchases?
All orders are final after checkout as all orders are sent online, real time to our logistics house for processing and delivery.
Please note that no refund will be entertained. We accept returns and replacements only for orders that are wrong or items that are damaged.
If the item(s) you receive is damaged or wrong, you have to inform us within 3 working days upon receipt of your orders. Such items will be replaced and resent to you, while wrong orders will be collected. However, for wrong orders, items must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Otherwise, we will consider them sold.


The color of the item I ordered looked different as compared to your website. Why?
Although we tried our best to reflect the color of our products, please understand that due to different color setting in your computer, the color may vary slightly.


I purchase this product from your website and it belonged to a brand which I never used before. Now I have an allergy reaction. Can I return the product and get a refund?
We are sorry to hear of your situation. However, individuals react to different products differently and once the product is opened and used, we cannot accept any return or refund.


I received my order but the product is not what I want. I think I must have clicked the wrong product but it is unused and unopened. Can I return? What if I have opened it but it is unused?
You can return only the unopened product with 3 days upon receipt of your order. However, you will have to bear the charge of delivering the product back to us and any refund charges (if any) impose on us by the clearing bank.


I received a damaged product. Can I exchange it?
We will deliver a new product to you. However, if the product is no longer available, we will contact you for an alternative arrangement.
