Terms of use and Privacy Policies
By using CatwalkAlley.com’s services via its website, www.CatwalkAlley.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use and Privacy Policies").
www.CatwalkAlley.com is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not send automated queries, reproduce or reformat any of www.CatwalkAlley.com’s webpages for the purpose of displaying them or mirror the home page or results pages on your website for whatever purposes. You may not "meta-search" www.CatwalkAlley.com. If you want to make commercial use of any of www.CatwalkAlley.com’s webpages or Services, you must enter into an agreement with www.CatwalkAlley.com in advance. Uninterrupted Accessibility of this Site
We will try our best to provide uninterrupted accessibility and services to this Site. However, due to numerous unforeseen circumstances and factors that are outside our control, we are unable to guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of this Site.
Delivery
Delivery is within Singapore only, excluding P.O. Box addresses.
Overseas orders are only available for bulk orders on Skincare products only, with a minimum order of SGD$500 and customers will be responsible for all delivery, insurance and any tax charges of his/her home country.
All orders are sent online, real time to our logistics house to arrange for delivery and will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Orders are delivered to your addresses on working days within normal office hours from 10am – 5.30pm.
Free local delivery for small items upon customer request only.
Orders of bulky items are by despatch at a rate of $8 per delivery. Express and urgent delivery on the same day will be at a charge of $24 - $36.
Unless absolutely necessary, no delivery will be done on Saturdays and Saturday deliveries are subject to the same charges as express service. Also, kindly indicate this preference in the “Comments” box at checkout.
Strictly no delivery on Sundays, Public holidays and eve of Public Holidays.
Order Cancellation and Returns
All Orders are final, upon checkout. As all orders are sent online, real time to our logistics house, no changes can be made after checkout and no refunds will be entertained.
Please note that returns are ONLY allowed if you receive a wrong order or a defective product and that you notify us within 3 working days upon receipt of your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be delivered at our cost. Such items can only be returned if they are unused and in good condition, with their original boxes and packaging. Otherwise, we will consider them sold.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
Payment
All payment of orders are by bank transfer or credit card only and orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
For Bank Transfer, kindly indicate Order Number for identification and transfer the order amount into our accounts indicated at the payment page.
Privacy
We respect our customers’ privacy. Hence, you can choose whether to receive our newsletters via your email address. However, from time to time, we may need to share your personal information with our partners, subsidiaries and/or third parties to provide better services or better user experiences, including customizing content for you and for advertising. Such arrangements would be specific, limited and performed under strict limited exposure agreements and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may also use personal information for the purpose of auditing, research and analysis in order to operate and improve CatwalkAlley.com’s technologies and services and in limited circumstances, for complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and in ensuring the security of our network and services.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that CatwalkAlley.com does not own or control, or to people that we does not employ or manage.
We make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data wherever necessary.

CatwalkAlley.com will constantly monitor and examine its privacy practices, and may, from time to time, introduce changes to its Privacy Policy in order to keep up with new challenges and requirements of the industry. If any of the term stated herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforcability of the remaining terms.

Although we do not work for any of the respected brands that we offer, all items are 100% authentic and made by the brand we use to identify them.
Any use of the names Hugo Boss, Burberry, Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, Coach, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, YSL, Helena Rubenstein, Clinique, Lancome and any other designers are all trademarks belonging to those companies and we do not in any way claim to be these companies or work for them. We receive all items directly from the companies or from their distributors or via lawful purchase from their authorised stores.

If payment had been received, it will be refunded.

Disputes
